Day 21: If you had three wishes, what would they be?
Hmm!! This is a good one. Think, think, think...
Wish #1 would be: I wish for a very comfortable financial life for me and my family. I don't have to have millions. Or billions. Or trillions. ... I just wanna be comfortable and secure in finances, regardless of what happens in life. I want my child to not worry about college. I would like to travel when I wanted. Where ever I wanted. I wouldn't mind working.. but not full time. Maybe PRN somewhere.
Wish #2: A fountain of youth. I don't want to me immortal, I would just like to last longer than normal and look good at the same time. Plus the comfort of no aches or pains.. no flabby skin.. no wrinkles.. yeah.
Wish #3: I would wish for a cure for cancer. It needs to be a generalized cure that would take care of every kind of cancer known (and unknown) to man. There's no telling what the world would be capable of if cancer was obliterated.
And, if you're feeling generous? I would like a small zombie apocalypse with infinite use of an armory. Not a big zombie problem.. just a little one. It would be nice.

Blog Challenge: Day 20
Day 20: Nicknames you have and how & why you have them.
Auntie A!
I am, indeed, an aunt. I currently have a 21-year old nephew, a 3-year old niece and a soon to be 1-year old nephew. My darlings.
I was Director of Radiology at a hospital for a few years… my co-workers in management always gave me hard time about spoiling my oldest nephew. I can’t help it! That’s what aunts do, right? Or that’s what I think they should do.
I was sitting outside with a few of my co-workers one day, telling them about a specific situation I was helping my nephew with (it was something ridiculous, more than likely. Like buying him a $500 phone or something).
They were giving me a hard time about it.. mocking me.
“oh, Auntie A! Can you buy me a car?”
“Auntie A, I need some new shoes.”
“Auntie A, can you give me $5000?”
So… Auntie A was born out of my co-workers making fun of me for spoiling my nephew. It was random, and it just stuck. It is shortened to just “Auntie” a lot of times. And, on some sites I use Auntie Aye (simply because Auntie A is already taken as a username). And, yes… I know how “Aye” is pronounced. I’m not illiterate. I chose it because it looks good.
That’s my story, and I’m sticking to it!

Blog Challenge: Day 19
Day 19: Plans/Dream/Goals you have
Plans? I am a planner… but I hardly stick to it. I like to have an outline of how things will go, or how I think they should go. But, I don’t consciously sit and map out a plan on a daily basis. I know that life will constantly throw wrenches in the plans, so why spend valuable time planning something out? Just go with it.
Dreams? Dreams are wonderful to have. I’m not a pessimist..I am a realist, and I understand that “dreams are a wish your heart makes; when you’re fast asleep.” I also realize that dreams are just that sometimes… A figment of your imagination. They’re good to have, though.
Goals? Goals are very important. They give us something to strive for. Something to work for. I have goals. I don’t know if I could list them. They are simply just a cumulative area in my cognitive brain. They sit there, and once I get close enough to one, it jumps into the foreground of my mind and I work adamantly to achieve it.
I’m sure I have some similar goals as you do.. better health, comfortable finances, healthy children and family.. you know.. the basics. As far as specific goals? Nah.. I don’t think I could honestly list them out.

Blog Challenge: Day 18
Day 18: Someone you would want to switch lives with for one day and why.
Hmm… That’s a good question. Do I get to pick the day? I mean, there are some very interesting people that I would love to switch with…but it depends on the day.
I guess I would have to say….. Any author. Anyone who writes for a living. I would love to be able to say that I earn a living just writing. It could be for a magazine, a website, a novel, a newspaper… I would just love to write and get paid (decently) for it. I wouldn’t want to starve to death from writing. But, I would love to be able to sit and write, as I wanted, and get paid to do it. That’s my answer.

Day 17: Something you could live without.
These bad boys make me dread going to work even more than having to do the actual WORK itself. I get to walk 3 floors of stairs every morning, and every time I exit then re-enter the building. Employees are not allowed to use the elevators. I could certainly live without this.
